Whiteman Lumber was founded in 1928 by Harry Whiteman who had emigrated from England. Mr. Whiteman began supplying the local silver mines with timber and continued doing so for many decades. Eventually he turned the mill over to his three sons, Wes, Laddie and Keith.
Nathan Corkill Owner
Nathan and his wife Jennifer purchased the mill from his parents on Januarary 1st, 2024. His father had owned it since 1988. Nathan spent his youth working at the mill and is excited to be back after a 20-year career in the military.
Terry Groth Foreman
Terry has been at the mill since 1988. He is the backbone of the operation, ensuring quality and efficiency at every level. Terry is the great grandson of Harry Whiteman. He continues a long history of the original family at the mill.
